    Great brisket! Loaded fries where the bacon isn't overcooked. Excellent service and not long wait times. Will be coming back!

    I was craving barbecue today and decided to google. Stumbled up on this spot which is conveniently located across the street from the hotel I frequent. I ordered the smoke sausage with fries and fried corn and oh my goodness this food is amazing! The sausages were grilled to perfection with a few charred pieces (just the way I like them), fresh fries seasoned well and deep fried corn. I can’t believe I’ve stayed in Monticello many times over the last two years and never noticed this spot...it’s a hidden jewel located behind Popeyes. I blew my SPs but this was worth every point!!!
